All Tag Outs Triple Plays

Revised September 20, 2006

One of the rarest Triple Plays is the kind where every out was made by tagging the batter/runner, rather than
by a combination of force out, tags, doubling-off and/or catching a batted ball. In the data period (1876-2006)
there were only 13 such triple plays.
